Late diagnosed ADHD?

You’ve found the right place

A digital guide, a coaching practice, and a clinical hypnotherapy method for high-achieving women navigating ADHD, AuDHD, and perimenopause.

Sharper, not softer.

You used to be able to do anything. Now you can’t remember why you walked into the kitchen.

Most ADHD and AuDHD women in their forties and fifties run into the same shape of problem. The systems that built your career stop working. Your focus slips. Your sleep breaks. Your nervous system is wired and tired at the same time. Every podcast you’ve tried says it’s anxiety, burnout, or perimenopause. None of them are wrong. None of them are the whole picture.

The whole picture is the chemistry collision between an ADHD brain and a hormonally fluctuating body. Whether you’re in your 30s, 40s or 50s, I’m here to support you in figuring out how you and your ADHD/AuDHD brain can thrive with the right support systems in place.

What I do

I’m Jennie Watson. I’m a coaching psychologist and clinical hypnotherapist from Cork, Ireland. I’ve been coaching women privately for more than ten years.

I work with high-achieving women whose strategies stopped working. The eBook, the cohort, and the deeper work I do with clients are all built around the same core reframe: this is chemistry, not character, and chemistry is workable.

You and your ADHD brain can achieve amazing things with the right systems and support in place. I’m here to show you how.

Considering a formal diagnosis?

Take the free 3 minute quiz to find out if getting assessed is right for you.

This free assessment is designed to help you make the decision as to whether or not taking an assessment to get a formal ADHD/AuDHD diagnosis is the right move for you. There are many areas to think about but this short quiz should be able to give you some clarity on what is best for you a this moment in time.

*Note: this is not an ADHD assessment or diagnosis. It is simply designed to help you decide whether or not a formal assessment is right for you.

The eBook comes with a twenty-minute clinical hypnotherapy track for sleep onset, written and recorded by me, for the brain that won’t switch off at night.

Stay in Touch

I send a quiet newsletter every couple of weeks (ish). Honest writing about ADHD, perimenopause, and the work of building a life that fits the brain you actually have. No spam, no upsells, no AI BS, no fluff.

Why Now?

For forty+ years, ADHD was a clinical construct built on hyperactive boys. The girls and women who learned to mask, over-prepare, and over-deliver slipped through. They got rewarded for the compensations until midlife, when the hormones shifted and the compensations stopped delivering. Now those girls are women in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s and trying to figure out and unlearn a lifetime of masking.

It’s time to stop hiding behind the mask and find who we really are. Start living as our authentic, wonderfully unique selves because we deserve freedom, flexibility, clarity and fun.

If you’ve ever felt smart but inconsistent, capable but overwhelmed, or quietly exhausted from holding it all together, I see you.

My Ethos

I believe supporting the brain and nervous system is the base for how you think, feel, and act. My approach respects human complexity; no quick fixes, no overblown promises, and no labelling normal responses to modern life as disorders, especially for ADHD/AuDHD brains.

I take a clear, evidence-based approach rooted in psychology, focusing on calm, clarity, and lasting resilience.

I value trust over buzz, steady effort over short bursts, and real support over trends.

I’m direct in my approach. I want the best for you and your life. I want to spread awareness about what ADHD in females really looks and feels like and how the ADHD brain can be supported to thrive.
